Actually, heavy machinery like this has a use on the archaeological site. At Tell Jalul, Jordan, we occasionally used the Very Big Tool to move our sift-piles as they outgrew their locations. Undoubtedly, the next square the director chooses to excavate will be located exactly where the loader piled the sift debris. Sigh.
