Perfect picnic: A safari rig with a Maasai Shuka spread over the hood serving as a lunch table in the African bush.
On safari, we pause daily for lunch in some of the most scenic spots imaginable. Our camp crews pack the previous evening’s delicious dinner into tins, which we crack open as soon as we find a perfect patch of shade. With our rigs carrying chilled drinks and a Maasai Shuka draped over the hood as a makeshift table, it’s the ultimate field-side dining experience.
Next month, we return to Africa with a full crew just in time for the spectacular birthing season. Over the next eight weeks, an estimated half a million wildebeest calves will hit these southern plains, and we’ll be there to capture every moment. We’re pumped—make sure to follow our journey on Facebook and YouTube!
