The young men in the bush camp recently introduced us to a fascinating “new old” African game played with marbles and hand-carved cups. Passed down through generations, this traditional pastime requires both sharp strategy and quick reflexes under the open savanna sky. Sitting together around the game board provided a beautiful moment of connection, proving that some of the best ways to bridge cultures are through play and shared laughter.
